The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) exists to ensure that exterior modifications within Vista Grande are consistent with our governing documents and community standards.
Submitting an ARC application helps prevent delays, violations, or costly rework. Applications are reviewed based on the Association’s governing documents and applicable Florida statutes.
We strongly encourage homeowners to review the guidelines carefully before submitting.
